Plastic cups may have a smell due to the manufacturing process of the cup itself, and screen printing inks may also leave residual odors.
These odors are harmless if detectable and are not considered a defect.
We do NOT refund or reprint for residual orders.
SCRATCHES ON CUPS
Scratches on cups are typical and are a normal part of the production and printing process.
We do NOT refund or reprint for scratches on cups.
